What an extraordinary dining experience at Dorsia! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortlessly sophisticated. When making our reservation, I had requested two Negronis to be served as soon as we were seated. Sure enough, just as we received our menus, our Negronis arrived. A small detail, perhaps, but one that speaks volumes about the level of service and attention to detail. We started with the octopus, which was simply superb. But the cavatelli? Absolutely obscene — in the most delicious way imaginable! A dish that deserves its own standing ovation. The staff was wonderful throughout the evening: attentive, polished, welcoming, and genuinely professional. Having experienced many upscale restaurants, I can confidently say that Dorsia stands in a league of its own. It's not simply about exceptional food or impeccable service; it's about the entire experience, from beginning to end. Elegant, vibrant, sophisticated, and unforgettable. Dorsia is everything a fine dining experience should be — and more. Bravo to the entire team

Beautiful space with attentive service, but the music was too loud and the acoustics made it difficult to enjoy a conversation. The food was disappointing for the price, although the tomato pasta was excellent!
