It was good I did had issues with the lady I asked was asking her about the eat and play for 4.99 she was telling me y'all don't do that I had to pay for card I wanted to play all day and she over charge me

It was hard to order because it was so loud, not a lot of time to look the menu. My steak was tough and didn’t come with the right sides. The waiter rushed us to pick up the check and didn’t give us time to get everyone together to swing happy birthday to my child. Then there was about a 30 min wait after I paid for our group to get the game cards and even longer to get the 1 refill I asked for. What was suppose to be a fun celebration has turned into a night of frustration.

The food was served quickly and was hot off the grill. The happy hour was still going on, so an extra shot was very affordable and made the drink so delicious. Thanks to our friendly server, we received our order quickly and were allowed to sit at a booth, without any objection. Looking forward to hanging out at D&B again soon!

Amaya was our server 🫶🏾🫶🏾. She was the best ! She made all of us feel welcome . As well she help me choose my meal, because I’m on a strict diet. Also help me choose my drink. She also checked on us multiple times to make sure that we were fine. I can’t wait to go back again.

My waiter was a little rude he wanted 25 dollar tip that he forced and i politely told he to take it off my bill you dont tip yourself i decide what I want to tip you but other than that me and my family had a great time

I have visited this location several times and this time was the Everest. My server was very professional in her introduction but was horrible in making sure that our order was carried out properly. It took a very long time to receive our food and when I got mine it was wrong. I had to get up and find her to correct it and to let her know that me and my husband still hadn’t received our drinks. We also purchased 3 eat and play meals and had it wasn’t until we finished eating that I had to ask where do we go to receive the cards, her response was from me and then she proceeded to retrieve the cards from her apron. Now for the final complaint, after playing for over an hour we took our kids to the gift shop to redeem their tickets and was told that they couldn’t because card was locked and it seems as if their card was being used in 2 different locations. I sake how was that possible if we purchased in the store that current night. He then brings up Atlantic City where my kids attended months ago for a friends birthday celebration. I’m so confused and disappointed because my kids didn’t deserve to be told they couldn’t redeem tickets that they earned and combined to get a gift they wanted. I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service to resolve this issue. Dave busters has lost a customer because of this and it’s mainly because of they couldn’t give a justifiably explanation for my child’s card being locked so he left with no gift after playing for hours. We all know that kids love to receive gifts especially they earned them!
