Steak was room temperature. Slow service when dining room was almost empty. “Italian” should be stricken from the name as the menu had MANY errors. Worse than using Google Translate to convert English into Italian. I worked for 10 years in the same town and had never heard of this restaurant. Now I know why. I will not go back.

Met for lunch here since they had a Dine out Boston menu. Justin our waiter was awesome. He was the highlight of our lunch. The burgers were dry, the lettuce was limp. The fries were good. The tiramisu was very sweet, it could have been anything, sugar was the overpowering flavor.

At least once a quarter for the last 5 years, I have brought my global team or consultants to this restaurant. They have a nice environment. I can always count on excellent service from Amanda! They have gluten-free items and are careful with dietary restrictions. But for the first time, my group was treated with utter rudeness. I was shocked, and members of the group decided we should go elsewhere. I will not return and will never recommend the restaurant, again.

We went here for Mothers Day Brunch. It was not in the restaurant but held in the function room. The food was just acceptable. The labeling of what the buffet food was, was on one sheet of paper on table but not near the item so you had to go around to find it. Very disappointing.

We went for the Mother’s Day Brunch. For starters it was advertised as the restaurant would be cooking the food, and it was clear this was just a Marriott kitchen production. If that was prepared by the restaurant chefs, then wow. Zero flavor to anything, egg tasted like the powdered eggs I’d get served in the Army…just terrible food for the price ($65/plate). Even the desert table was awful. Tiramisu with just cake frosting…no lady fingers or mascarpone. The lighting made it look like we were there for some sweet sixteen party. Just plug in color lights that would cast an accent onto the wall. Pink, purple, blue…it looked ridiculous. It was Mother’s Day…make it bright, add color with flowers, have clean white table clothes…this looked more like my junior prom. The staff was nice enough, but I had to ask for the waters to be filled. It would have been nice to have someone come and take drink orders. There was plenty of staff waiting by the horrible food to refill that and to clear tables. Just so disappointed in the entire product. We won’t be returning.
