Awful service, waited an hour just for our drinks. Then food came one plate at a time, not together. Menu has changed from a year ago and not authentic now. Won’t be returning.

Dear Emma, Thank you for your feedback. We are deeply sorry to hear your evening with us was below our usual standard, we assure you the experience you describe is not in line with our usual sequence of service. We have passed your feedback along to our Head Chef and Restaurant Manager for review. You should have received a discount on your bill and we are truly sorry for the oversite. We don’t take this lightly and would genuinely love the chance to make it up to you. We have also reached out via email, as we would like to send you a voucher, for use on a future visit. We’d love to have you back to show you the true Casa Chow dining experience. Your feedback matters to us, and we have taken extra measures to ensure this never happens again. Thank you kindly, Team Casa

We sat outside and the first of our starters arrived followed by a 40 minute wait for the other starters. Staff didn’t offer any drinks or water during that time. They also didn’t seem to realise they had forgotten about us. Was just awkward and they didn’t seem to care when we asked about what was going on. We weren’t drinking alcohol but were offered a free round of drinks or dessert. We left and didn’t order mains. The food that did arrive was good but I wouldn’t go back based on the service.
Casa ChowResponded on 26 February 2025
Dear Patrick, Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear your evening was below our usual standard. We assure you the long wait for your starters and delayed service is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We have passed this along to our Restaurant Manager, who has addressed this with the team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We would like to send you a voucher for use on a future visit, as we’d love to have you back to show you the true Casa Chow dining experience. We have reached out via email, and look forward to hearing from you. Your feedback matters to us, and we have taken extra measures to ensure this never happens again. Thank you kindly, Team Casa

Had a booking for two originally but got it changed for four. However they still couldn’t accept our party of four to seat at a big enough table for all of us. But other than that everything was perfect. (Dragonfruit cocktail was disgusting)

Hola Roman, Thank you for your review. We're delighted you enjoyed your Valentines Day dinner with us! We appreciate your feedback regarding our table sizes and Dragonfruit Fauxito, and have passed this along to the Restaurant and Bar Managers for review. Food was excellent. Service was average as it was very noisy and waitress had difficulty understanding orders Took over 30 minutes to pay account. Manager was not forthcoming to assist the waitress. QR code not scanning. Charged double the price for wine. Served 250ml glasses without asking and this was not an option on the menu. Additional items added to the account. Left with a bad taste

All the food we ordered were really salty but we were too hungry to have waited and so didn't want to send dishes back. Most of us did not finish our food.

This is our second time dining at Casa Chow... we loved it. Sadly some of the menu items we really enjoyed on our first visit were no longer on the menu at our visit less than two weeks later, but the food was still very tasty and service was very good. Thank you!
