About Our Service Style
At Boombots Pasta Shop, we use a hybrid service model to keep things relaxed and efficient. When you arrive, you’ll place a quick initial order at the counter for a small plate or drink, then our team will seat you at your table. From there, the rest of your experience, including additional food, drinks, service and payment is handled table side. We can’t wait to feed you pasta.

We take limited reservations to accommodate walk-ins as well.

@boombots_pastashop is stupid good! Don’t be a Vinnie Boombot and check out their pasta shop now in Sunnyside Denver!!! 🍝 For drinks we got their Pasta Water Martini and a glass of their house red! Both paired extremely well with all their dishes! ☺️ For starters we got their charred root veg salad, big ass mozz stick, and the boombots meat + cheese! The salad was fresh and crunchy! 🥗 The mozz stick was filled with cheese and sauce and the meat + cheese was a fun way to start the meal! 😋 For pasta we got their smoked duck + green chili lumache, the pasta shells were filled with cheese and the duck fat breadcrumb gave it a really good crispy bite! 🦆 The dirty martini bucatini was a personal favorite, each noodle was smothered with sauce and the olives give it a nice pop in flavor! 🫒 The everything seasoned cavatelli stroganoff pairs the seasoning of an everything bagel with a sweet pasta and amazing braised beef! The beef was so flavorful and tender! 🥩 For dessert we had their pumpkin coconut cake and apple tart! The pumpkin coconut cake was so sweet and delicious! 🎃The apple tart came with a pecan ice cream that was to die for and the caramel sauce is on another level! 🍏 Don’t be stupid go to Boombots Pasta now!!! You’ll love it!! Thank you for having us! We will be back!! 💕

I have been trying each of Boombots menus since they opened and this time I was pretty disappointed. Prices have increased, service has decreased, and this menu wasnt my favorite (im okay not loving everything!...but really only 1 out of 4 dishes was to their previous standards I think). Kind of bummed but it def is a memorable spot and I hope I just had an off night/personal preference

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bartender was fun and everyone was very accommodating. The food was interesting and delicious.

Super food, super folks working there, super service , cool kitschy ambiance. Only critique is that it’s loud, hard to have a quiet conversation. Bit will Go again, it’s that good!

We came to Boombots Pasta Shop to celebrate a birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! We sat outside on the patio, and the service throughout the night was very attentive. The food and drink menu is incredibly creative and delicious. We started off with cocktails—the Gucci Gang was a major hit—and paired it with appetizers. The crispy broccolini and the sweet peppers on the meat and cheese board were absolute standouts. For our main courses, we sampled a broad variety of inventive dishes: the Pep's Pizza Lumache, Bucatini Primavera, Gyros Cavatelli, and the Congree Risotto. Every single plate brought fresh, unique flavors to the table. We’ll definitely be back!

I finally made it to BoomBots Pasta, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. You can tell there's a lot of passion behind what they do.
