    We had a very bad experience. Our waitress misheard one of our orders and brought the wrong dish. It took over 15 minutes for the kitchen to prepare the correct meal, and by then, the two other diners had already finished their meals. To make matters worse, one of us ordered chowder, and it arrived cold. It took another 5 minutes for the server to bring back the reheated bowl. The worst part was that neither the waitress nor the manager came to explain what was happening. When we finally found someone, they explained that they had a large catering order that was affecting the kitchen.

    We loved our dinner at the Bonefish! We always go for the fish dinners. They had two wonderful Salmon fish specials and they were tasty done to each bite. Our server was a joy to have. The quality of the food is consistent. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. If you have not been to the Bonefish yet, give it a try! We are going back next week. Thank you! Bridget

    We met our neighbors here at 4:30 for an early dinner. We had a party of 6. I told the server they I had used open table and needed to give her my phone number in order to accrue points. That did not happen. We were there at a time when it had not busy, but had service issues: few drink refills, not removing appetizer dishes before dinner. A different server brought dinner and wad clearly perturbed by us asking him to remove dishes since we had very little room on the table. Food was mediocre. I usually love the bang bang shrimp, but this time it was not flavorful. I got the seared tempura tuna and it was very dry. We usually love coming here. This was a disappointing experience.

    I haven't been to Bonefish in some time. The service was great and our server was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. I was pleased with the gluten free options I had to choose from. The food was very good although the side (rice was room temp and not very warm) that would be my only negative comment. I enjoyed everything else.
