We had a party of 10 and we're able to make a reservation and seated quickly after we arrived. Our server was delightful and patient and the food and drinks were all delicious. It was a wonderful experience!

We were sat about 10 minutes after we arrived but once we got to our table, we waited almost 30 mins before anyone came over. They only finally came to our table because I asked someone who our server was. 5 tables in our section who arrived after us had their drinks and food orders in before we even got a hello. I ordered the rib eye medium rare, it was very over cooked and half of the steak was inedible fatty pieces.

Usually anytime my fiancee and I go to BJ's Brewhouse, it's an amazing experience, so we wanted to go for our anniversary dinner. Upon our arrival, (we had a reservation) we checked in. The hostess said she checked us in at 7:20. At 7:33pm I received a text like we never showed up. They were taking people before us and we had a reservation. We finally got sat AFTER we said something, and then we got our orders in. Upon getting our food, my fiancée's nachos were so burnt they were inedible, then when we told the waitress and she brought new ones out, they had jalepanos on them- and we specifically asked for no jalepanos and it didn't have any guacamole either. The fries with my meal tasted like the oil needed changed but the fish was okay. I was not impressed by the service, the manager was completely rude when she told the hostess to sit us when I came up there, and the establishment now seems poorly ran. We will not be back, and hopefully things run smoother for you guys in the future.

It was very nice, I had wings and my girlfriend got a personal pizza she enjoyed it which means I enjoyed it (lol). Overall a great restaurant for a date night I would definitely go again

BJ's beavercreek failed this time around. We had a reservation for 7 at 7:00. We didn't get seated until 7: 20 and then they placed us at a table only meant for six people max. We had to split our party up by one person and they had to sit at a separate table. They started their prime rib special at 4:00 p.m. and they were out of prime rib by 7:30 p.m. which to me is just unacceptable. The service was very slow and drinks took 20 minutes to get. We absolutely love going to BJ's, however we find the one at Austin Landing offers a better experience all around.
