The ribeye was cooked perfectly and my wife's porkchop meal was a great portion size. We also had the grilled wings which were sweet and spicy, great combo.
I made a reservation for 8:15 and when we got there 30 minutes early they were able to accommodate us early and find a table inside. A few minutes later my girlfriend wanted to sit outside not expecting a table to be available. They sat us within 1 minute from the request in a nice table for 4 outside. It ended up being a nice evening weather wise and food was good.
WAY TOO LOUD!!!
The food was bland, our server was very disinterested and always rushed off, and it was not worth the amount we paid for dinner
Great old-fashioned drink... good food... and great whiskey!
We went for brunch and were seated immediately. Service was excellent and food was provided quickly without being rushed. We had an appetizer called Cocolli. I’m sure people would like this but I didn’t care for the truffle honey - for me it gave it a strange flavor combination. I also had the lobster Benedict minus hollandaise sauce. I really enjoyed it. My husband had the Benedict with hollandaise and said the sauce had too much lemon. Daughter had a chicken sandwich which was enjoyable. Overall nice place and interesting food choices for brunch. First time visitors.
I loved our server. She was friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about our time there. But I have to say for an award winning chef I was so disappointed in the food. I got the chicken dish $21. It was bland and dry. And now the portion doesn't have to be huge, but 2 slices of peppers and 1 chopped mushroom is not fine quality. I simply suggest re evaluating your dish appearance and presentation. Thanks!
Food was good. Service not so much.
House salad was very nice. Great hamburger: the meat was tasty and had a nice char, great bacon, and a decent brioche bun. Fries were real potatoes, well cooked, but cold and a bit soggy--would have been fantastic straight out of the frier.
My sister and her family traveled with our family to Arlington to visit our grandfathers grave stone in the national cemetery. Decided to get a drink and some dinner. After such a long stressful emotional day it was nice to be waited on and served by a professional. Everything was great from the service to the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Highly recommend.
Great experince, can’t wait to come back. If you haven’t been yet, make a point to get here.
went for easter brunch food was ok, but cold, service was fine price was ok, no tomato juice just bloodymary mix, no fresh orange juice according to waitress, would not hurry back
Food was only fair, especially for the money. Probably will not return.
Great place and food was good. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for check because our server went missing. Kind of disappointing since we were out of town and had plans after dinner, but overall was a nice place.
Great value, delicious food, causal environment
Took 55 mins to receive our lunch which is u acceptable. Service was poor. Waiter spilled water all over our table, and we used our napkins to clean it up. When lunch finally came we had to request napkins and he vame back with a stack ofbpaper napkins. He forgot a side and overall I wonder what the hype is about. Food was just average.
To me, this restaurant is only OK, nothing special, but it's a reasonable and reliable go-to as a meetingplace for workday lunch in Rosslyn, with a varied menu and decent value. I like it better for post-work happy hour gatherings.
We sat down and were given dinner menus at 3:45 at 3:50 the waiter came and told us we had to switch to lunch menus because dinner isn’t served until 4pm so we told them we’d wait 10 minutes to order since we already decided what we wanted and I ordered a beer while we waited. The waiter came back a few minutes later and said we don’t have the beer I ordered you should try this so I did then we ordered food. We ordered burgers and I’m not kidding a few minutes later the waiter came back and said we’re out of of burgers. So within 20 minutes waisted we decided to go next door to Kona Grill. It was excellent the food, ambiance, and service were all delightful.
Great spot for brunch! Inventive, well-executed, with wonderful service.
I live in Baltimore and drove to this restaurant on a whim to surprise my wife for our 1st year wedding anniversary and it did just that! So I want to say a sincere thank you (from a very satisfied customer) to the staff on a timely and orderly night out.
This was a fun place that had some really good dishes. Prices on the food were lower than most other places in the area. Long list of drinks and whiskeys. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great lunch or dinner on the casual side.
The staff was extremely accommodating and the food was excellent! When I asked for a different table, the hostess was very nice and moved us. The food was delicious, everyone loved their meal. Can't wait to come back.
Server was terrible. Got order wrong, never asked us how food was, had to ask for refills. And service slow.
The service was good, but the food made both my wife and I sick. I'm not sure if it was the calamari we both ate to start, the mac and cheese we shared separate from our main dishes, or the rye red sangria; however it made both of us sick and we had to leave the restaurant immediately after the meal. The service was good, but I can't recommend a place that made both of us sick.
A great brunch menu with awesome build your own mimosas!
We had a dinner of great food sourced from local ingredients. Staff were friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely return.
We really enjoyed our business dinner. The menu is very interesting. I wanted to order everything! I had asparagus soup which had a nice spicy taste, the scallops appetizer and shared the brussel sprouts. We also had a chocolate gnoichi dessert that was recommended by our server. There is also a great beer selection.
I would certainly go back the next time I am in town.
It's a good place to have brunch with friends. I highly recommend this place.
Food was great, along with the service.
I found the Bourbon selection to be amazing. Had a sip of their personal barrel of Knob Creek, which was excellent. Also had a sip of the Van Winkle in stock. It’s not listed, so if you’re I want some you have to ask. A little pricey, but worth it.
Celebrated a coworkers birthday. Customer service was on point. This will officially be my go-to work meeting spot in Arlington.
Chicken dish was very dry and seemed like chicken had been boiled first before pan roast - tasteless and dry.
My husband and I had a wonderful date night here with good drinks, great food, and nice hospitality. Overall amazing experience and we'll definitely be back to try out the rest of the extensive food and drink menus. Kitchen and staff were very accommodating to our tree nut allergy and made substitutions when needed so we could enjoy the food.
Drinks: he had the juniper, and I had the Irish apple. Both were pleasantly flavored without being too sweet.
Apps: grilled octopus and seared scallops. Amazing and definitely a must! Even my husband liked them and he's not a seafood fan.
Entrees: chicken artichoke pizza (with white sauce instead of pesto), barley Mac burger with truffle fries, and a side of brussel sprouts. Pizza was well made. Burger and fries were so flavorful. Brussel sprouts were a bit sweet but went well with the other foods.
Dessert: seasonal mini cherry pies. A must if you're there for the Cherry blossom season!
Service: our server was attentive and knowledgeable. He gave good recommendations. We received our drinks and food in a timely manner that didn't seem too rushed or too slow.
Ambiance: the place was packed for a Saturday evening (after the March of Our Lives) but we could still have a conversation with each other without feeling like we're yelling. Upscale and trendy decor made for a good place for a dressy date night.
The food and place was great! The food was delicious! I gave it 4 stars because we had some issues with our drink orders. Our waitress replaced one of our drinks, and it came back and was slightly improved, but still not what we had ordered. Another person at the table ordered an old fashioned with Woodford reserve and the first one he had was great but the second one had a bourbon that wasn’t Woodford, which was disappointing.
The food is delicious, service was great as well, definitely a great place to have Brunch. Was bummed that the calamari is not available for brunch, and that the lobster sandwich wasn't available anymore.
The s’mores dessert is to die for. You must get it if you go there.
This was a last minute booking when the restaurant we'd chosen for Valentine's Day opted to go with a fixed-price menu only. But it worked out very well. The food was really good and the atmosphere was nice. The service was a little spotty but that may have been because the staff was busier than they usually are.
We went for Valentine's Day and the food and drinks were all delicious!
Decided to try restaurant while in Arlington for family business. We went on Valentine's Day. Restaurant began to fill about 7 pm. Noise level was comfortable. My husband and I shared an appetizer the grilled octopus. It was well seasoned and nicely grilled. We then had a personal pizza each. The pizza was very good. However I think the next time we would order one. Portion was way more than we could finish
Service wad attentive but not intrusive. Menu is varied and has many interesting choices.
Excellent food and service. I love the atmosphere.
