Bao Brewhouse is an ambient and modern take on classic Chinese foods! Their bold flavors and unique decor is sure to impress 😳! Try their seasonal drinks and also join them every Tuesday 5-10:30 PM for all you can eat dumplings 🥟! Don’t forget their dumpling of the month, the mother cluckler 🐥! A fried chicken dumpling paired with delicious aioli and hot mustard! For the drinks we had the not so jaded, pink flamingo, and blueberry lavender French 75! 🍸 All of them were so delicious and refreshing ☺️! We had their drunken empress which was a great take on drunken noodles! 🍜 We also had their bao salad with their amazing vinaigrette you can really taste the truffle 🥗! The crispy tuna rice was an explosion of flavor in every bite 🐟! The soup dumplings have a nice thin wrapper filled with great soup! And the fried chicken bao was seasoned to perfection and super crispy 🍗! Thank you @baobrewhouse and @chatterclub for having us 🙂! Please check them next time you’re out in Larimer square! 💕

Date Night done right! The tea room (upstairs) at Bao Brewhouse is such a vibe and on Wednesday nights, they have a great special. For $70, you get a sake flight, order of dim sum, entree, and a side. These are all perfectly shareable and we definitely did not leave hungry! We chose - ✨ Shrimp Shu-Mai ✨ Yang Kwei Fei - w/duck breast & pork belly ✨ Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushrooms We also ordered the Big on the Pig because I love spicy gyoza and I wanted to try their version. Delish. Cocktails are on point. Very unique. ✨ ENTER THE DRAGON - Socorro Blanco liquor, Genepy des Alpes, jalapeno, pineapple, lime. My husband loved this one. ✨ EMPEROR ZHANG - Woody Creek Bao Select Barrel Rye, cognac, Oka sweet bermutto (japanese sweet vermouth), Amaro della Dolomitti, sakura cherry bitters. Basically their version of a manhattan. It was so good! We loved our experience here! All of the food was really great and I would order it all again. Reservations recommended. 📍@baobrewhouse

The menu is served family-style with shareable small plates and dim sum, and diners commonly order several plates to share, many guests report leaving satisfied or with leftovers. Dim sum plates typically arrive in small sharing portions (about 3–5 dumplings per plate).
Yes, Bao Brewhouse’s Tea Room upstairs offers a more intimate, elevated setting and several guests report enjoying it for anniversaries and date nights.
Bao Brewhouse has two distinct spaces, the casual Tap Room downstairs and the livelier Tea Room upstairs, with a trendy, swanky vibe, dim lighting and DJs (Tues, Thu–Sat) that can make the upstairs energetic and loud.
Casual Dress, come relaxed and comfortable; casual clothing is appropriate for a visit to Bao Brewhouse.
For an upbeat night, visit Bao Brewhouse’s Tea Room on Tuesday, Thursday–Saturday evenings when a DJ is scheduled; for a quieter, more relaxed visit try the Tap Room at lunch or on Monday evenings, or come earlier in the day.
Yes, families dine here: guests report staff going out of their way for children (bringing extra food and drinks), and many groups enjoy ordering family-style dishes together.
Bao Brewhouse often gets busy, guests report packed nights, long waits, and slow service during popular events (notably the Tuesday AYCE dumpling nights), while other visits have been described as not very busy with quick seating.
