⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic Sunday lunch at The Great Western! The roast was absolutely delicious — beautifully cooked, full of flavour and clearly made with care. Everything was fresh, generous and really well presented. The atmosphere was just as good as the food. It was warm, welcoming and relaxed, making it the perfect place to enjoy a Sunday afternoon. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish, and the service really added to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a great Sunday roast with a lovely atmosphere, I’d highly recommend The Great Western! 🍽️❤️

Had a wonderful food & wine experience at the Loggia. Group of 4, and we all took pizzas, 3 different ones and they’re all delicious! The Truffle pizza with its full flavoured Truffle cream and an abundance of Truffle shavings was just perfect in size. We scooped everything up. The dessert, Butterscotch Crème Brûlée, with their homemade custard and own recipe of the butterscotch was to “die” for. The staff, everyone, were very sweet, accommodating and friendly. The setting is beautiful, and that inspired us to now install a small fountain in our own garden. We will be back 🤎☁️🤎

Food was delicious and service was quick and efficient. The pods are a very unique idea, I think having your own music on at dinner is a game changer. Will definitely go back!

A new restaurant for us. We love Italian food and this was a great find. Visited on a Monday lunchtime so it wasn’t too crowded which allowed us time to take in the layout and decor. Background music was not intrusive and we were able to converse in comfort. The reception was welcoming and we had a choice of tables. The menu and drinks arrived promptly and we took our time choosing items from the menu. We did not feel rushed at any point during the meal. Our choice of food reflected our tastes but with an Italian twist to all courses. Each course was well presented and the right temperature for eating straight away. Overall one of our nicer food experiences and well within our budget. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return very soon.

We’ve often eaten at the Saracens head and the food is always excellent. Their Sunday dinners are fab. I had beef and it was cooked perfectly (slightly pink). Others in party had starters and fish and chips and said they were excellent too. It was a busy Sunday so quite bustling in the pub but I liked that and there is a quieter area (‘library’ I think) so can cater for all.
