Maryland Heights Restaurants

Our waitress made this a wonderful experience!! My wife ordered the seafood mixed grill. For one of her sides, she ordered green beans plain (without the spiced pecans). Her order came out perfect. I ordered plain salmon and the green beans with the spiced pecans. My order came out with plain green beans. When our waitress checked back, she noticed immediately that the beans were wrong and said she would have them make me new ones. She then noticed my salmon. It was very overcooked and dry. She asked me about it, as I guess some people prefer it that way (not me). I told her that yes, it was dry and overdone, but not to worry about it. She said that was not acceptable and would have my meal remade. Which she did. I have to admit, the taste of the new salmon was amazing and perfect. A much more enjoyable meal. While I'm not one to send food back, she took it upon herself to have it done right. I was very happy with the result and have to say it was the best salmon I've had in a long time. We really appreciated that she noticed things were not right and went the extra mile to get it done right. To be blunt, I would have rated my first salmon, at best, as very average. Frankly, it was disappointing for a "seafood grill" restaurant. That was not the case when it was done correctly. I wouldn't have come back if she hadn't insisted on getting the meal done right. I'm looking forward to our next meal there. I just wish I could remember her name so we could ask for her next time.

The special was Chilean Sea bass. 4 of 6 orders were sea bass. The other 2 were Lasagna. The people who had Lasagna raved about it. I had the sea bass. I was stunned with the portion size (very generous) and the food WAS INCREDIBLE. I hurt myself. I will be back!!!!!!!

Great Experience. Great food and a good vibe! Our waiter was courteous about keeping the flow going because we were attending a concert after dinner.

My husband and I do not typically go out to eat during the weekdays since we are always working, but we got to go on a Wednesday! Napoli has the best SERVICE in St. Louis. The food of course has to be good because that is why we dine out, but they make you feel welcome and special. The drinks never get half empty and we always leave feeling fully satisfied in everyway. You can tell a lot about upper management by the way people treat you, and there are a lot of regulars at Napoli.
