From the appetizers to dessert, you can tell there’s real attention to detail and quality ingredients behind every plate. Standouts included the perfectly cooked duck and the decadent dessert that made our birthday celebration feel extra special. What really elevated the evening, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire night. They went above and beyond to make the birthday celebration memorable, without ever feeling overbearing. Overall, Parc Bistro-Brasserie delivered a flawless dining experience.
