Fabulous location - food & service great!! Loved the different drinks. Birthday celebration where staff celebrated singing to the Birthday boy too. Wonderful.

We first dined at Margans when the restaurant was newly opened 20 years ago and we’ve managed a visit every once in a while for special occasions ever since then. Let me say the three staff we interacted with (front of house (Dana?), food (Christina), wine (Jay?) were professional and engaging & really helped make our experience thoroughly enjoyable. Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering the beautifully crafted food, much of which is grown in their garden. The menu is not extensive but it’s seasonal and what is featured is well considered. We shared a dessert after our entrees (squid was next level and vol au vent featuring freshly harvested asparagus wa delicious) and mains (duck and snapper both wonderful) and felt nicely satisfied by the end. Margans delivers a food experience that clearly involves a considerable team who are obviously passionate about their work. And the wine! Always delicious and never disappoints. Thank you for another memorable experience.

Thursday night Steak night. Amazing value, cooked to perfection, service was quick, great value for money. Love the different nights ie Burger night etc.....

Loved our visit to Paterson Tavern. Service was great, friend mentioned how comfortable chairs were, food was really good and we really enjoyed our visit. We’ll be back!
