When I say the pasta and focaccia rocked our world, I mean it ROCKED our world. I didn't know which way was up or down, left or right, right or wrong, gay or straight. Like the focaccia paralleled with Chitarra truly was biblical - my soul left my body with every bite. Pure. Bliss. We legit booked a second reservation for while we are in Breck because Italy called, they want their Nona's recipe back. This meal was flavorful, prepared perfectly and served flawlessly. We asked for an extra side of parm and that was divine. We literally licked our bowls clean, using our SECOND order of focaccia. I want to be waterboarded by this pasta and the sauce. Literally hot and bothered and ready for round two of the Chitarra writing this out. Please go. Do yourself a favor and order the Chitarra and the focaccia. You won't be able to think straight or gay, and you'll thank me later. Your dreams will thank me.
