- SSean1 review4.0Dined on 6 Sept 2025All the food my family and I have had has been excellent. However, the steaks last night were very under done. My son had the 500g Picana, he ordered it medium and it was raw in the middle. I ordered the 500g Rib Eye, I also ordered my stake medium and it was Brough out very rare. The flavor was good and the quality of the steaks were good. But your cook needs to sear the outside and then oven bake. The steaks were only grilled and that is not enough cook time for thick steaks.More infoSan Juan Leñero San Cristóbal$$$$• Fine cuts• San Cristóbal de las Casas•4.6
