Great service & delicious meal in a relaxed environment

Do I dare say it? This culinary experience may have surpassed Joe Beef—and yes, I'm going to say it did. From the moment the first plates arrived, it was clear this meal was something special. Every dish showcased exceptional technique, creativity, and attention to detail, while still delivering the comfort and satisfaction that great dining is all about. The flavors were bold yet balanced, the ingredients were impeccably fresh, and each course felt thoughtfully composed. What truly set the experience apart was the consistency—every plate impressed, and there wasn't a single weak moment throughout the meal. Service was warm, extremely knowledgeable, and perfectly paced, enhancing an already outstanding dining experience. Combined with the inviting atmosphere, it created the kind of evening that lingers in your memory long after the last bite. Joe Beef has long been one of Montreal's benchmark dining destinations, but this restaurant delivered a level of execution and enjoyment that, in my opinion, edged it out. A bold statement? Absolutely. But after this meal, I stand by it. Melinda is gifted. Period!

Really loved our experience to Bistro Nolah as always. Our waiter was really nice and advise us well on the menu. The food was fantastic!
