    We had a wonderful dinner. Everything was delicious. Our waiter Jimmy was absolutely thrilled delightful. He really made our evening so special. The service was fantastic and our dinner was great! Jimmy suggested the white chocolate bread pudding. It was the best bread pudding we have ever had. We can’t wait to go back. Restaurant Rebirth is one of our new favorite places to dine.

    We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday! Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service was absolutely amazing. The evening was so special, and we truly enjoyed every moment. A special shoutout to the chef, whose cooking I’ve always loved! She never disappoints, and this evening was no exception.     Service was amazing; friendly, attentive servers. Unique dishes based on NOLA culinary influences. The special, lamb albondigas - soft, fluffy meatballs that were delicious. Charming setting in an old cotton mill. And, the chocolate dessert was out of this world. Strongly recommend to those who don’t want the usual NOLA food experience, but a creative interpretation.
