There are ninety-nine different ways to write “sushi” in the Japanese script of kanji. Each with its own unique interpretation and meaning. It was with great deliberation that our founder, Billy, chose 寿司 to best represent his personal interpretation of the word - Celebration of Fish! That’s exactly how Billy feels about the art of making sushi and the atmosphere that surrounds it - it should be a celebration! Which is why Billy Sushi is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience for anyone who allows themselves to take part. A three-ring performance of sorts - sushi bar, sake bar and dining room - brought to life by the performances of sushi chefs, bartenders and servers. And the Ring Master and your host, Billy.

Good was amazing. The white fish bean dip was really good. I could’ve had 2 of those. The portion was great for 2 to share. Duck was perfectly cooked and the skin was crispy and delicious. Perfect noise level. Great and relaxing ambiance. Service was stellar. It was nice to dive at a very relaxing and roomy place. So many restaurants are noisy and chaotic.

This food here is simply INCREDIBLY good!!! We had the scallops and the octopus and both are so good I can't even describe it. You savor every single bite. Also shared the brussel sprout salad it is a delicious, healthy and we can't go there without ordering it. Plenty to share and STILL take some home. Even if you don't normally like brussel sprouts I'll be you love this. The overall vibe is happy and happening but even us older folks can enjoy all of it. The service is outstanding as well. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience. All the people are fantastic and knowledgeable about the menu. The menu makes forced me to make some difficult decisions. So to minimize those my quandry, I ordered extra to take home with me. (Burnt Carrots, Root Salad, Gumbo, Collared Greens, and the Redfish entree) I should have ordered more. All were fresh, with incredible flavors & spices. Make sure to try all the sauces which come with your meal. Fantastic food, people, and all also supporting our community. Thank you.
