First, we loved the vibe of this restaurant just off the campus of Buffalo State University. It’s nestled right on a street between residences and other shops/restaurants in houses.
First-What a neighborhood gem! The vibe of this place is fun and funky-LOVE the wallpaper in the women’s bathroom!
The staff was very attentive, but not smothering. The food was wonderful. I had the ahi tuna wrap with siracha aioli on wheat lavash along with the roasted Brussels sprouts on the side. The sandwich had just enough spice and the sprouts were charred not burnt and kind of tangy. They were so good.
My husband had the Philly steak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was excellent (in fact he ate some before I could get a picture). The fries were good-he prefers them a little crisper, but they were seasoned well and hot.
I definitely recommend dining here if you’re in the area.
