I have dined extensively throughout Mexico City’s finer restaurants and even attended Noma’s Tulum pop-up many years ago. I must say, this dinner was better than any in Mexico City and stood up neck to neck with the Noma pop-up. Chef Michael should consider maybe opening a Mexican restaurant or incorporating some of the dishes in the regular menu.
