We had a fantastic experience at Elizabeth's in Old Bridge, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Tom. From the moment we sat down, he was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He timed everything perfectly and made sure our table was well taken care of from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the whipped ricotta and a crisp caesar salad, both of which were perfect beginnings to the meal. For our main courses, the chicken parm and chicken Milanese were phenomenal—fresh, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. We finished the night with the tiramisu, which was the ultimate sweet ending. The combination of top-tier food and Tom's outstanding hospitality made for an unforgettable dinner. We will definitely be back, and we’ll definitely be asking to sit in Tom's section! Highly recommend.

Wonderful menu. Not overly complicated. Food is always tasty and well presented. The service however, is exceptional. Not overly attentive but attention to detail and accommodating for my hearing impaired wife. Never rushed .. which is appreciated. One of my favourite dining spots. Shout to Matt.. excellent service !!

It was out first time at Fork, and we will definitely be back. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff was a 10/10 and the ambiance was great. The drinks are also a 10/10. I definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back.
