This is a small, intimate place with nice decor and a quiet atmosphere. It looks to be a family owned business with careful attention to food quality and customer satisfaction. It was a very relaxing and peaceful dining experience. The fried Italian seafood dish was crispy on the outside with tender insides. This included scallops, calamari, shrimps. It was served with lemons and a spicy tomato sauce. The lasagna was outstanding with an authentic Italian cheese blend of fresh ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheeses. It was covered with a tasty tomato sauce and had a perfect texture. The bone-in veal chop was tender enough to cut with a butter knife, though a steak knife was provided. The chop was served with choice of pasta or vegetables. I had it with pasta with a spicy marinara. The antipasto salad was just right. The tiramisu was the best that I have ever tasted. Another nice touch was that they had extra virgin olive oil and fresh grated cheese already on the table even before the bread came.

Everything was good and perfect. The only complaint i would say the employee should be more on top of their customers like example we was sat and the waiter came 15 minutes later other than that no complains, the food and drinks came out quickly.

Great dinner at Nowon. Nice location in the seaport district. Cucumber kimchi was just spicy enough without being overwhelming. Japchae was tasty too. General Lee fried chicken appetizer was delicious, tender inside, crunchy outside, with some slices of hot pepper tossed if you want an extra kick. Hamburger was fantastic, as we’d heard it would be. So was the bibimbap. The chicken parm was enormous - crunchy fried slice of chicken topped with mozzarella and served on spicy marinara with Tteok (rice cakes) tossed in for some extra chewiness rather than traditional Italian pasta. The mocktails were great, too. Only downside was how noisy the dining room was. But we managed to hear each other talk despite it all. Great evening out.

These guys do an exquisite job executing their menu! The food is always sophisticated and tasty. It has been a while since I had gone and I left hoping for a return very soon. Kudos to Nebo for its consistency and quality
