Best Seasonal Restaurants in University City/Golden Triangle

Exceptional service! We had a friend with a tricky dietary restriction but the staff was able to accommodate and explain what would be safe options from the menu. Everything we ordered was decadent and was definitely a treat. Can feel a little lively but they were playing some great music so I can dig it.

We always have a great experience at Duke’s this is why we always come back anytime we are in San Diego. This time we were Clyde to leave as the hostess at the second floor was very rude, but then we decided to stay and Pounch (I hope I spelled his name correctly) made our dinner very special. Great appetizers and he suggested the Ahi tuna that was exceptional. He fully embraces is role/job.

We love Seasons 52. We go often, but this time Ricardo made our visit even better than most. He served us at a booth in the bar, exactly where we like to sit! We were celebrating our Mom's 88th birthday, he made it extra special for her. Thank you, thank you for a perfect meal.

My new favorite restaurant! I love this place. I’ve gone for lunch twice, and each time, the food and service were exceptional. I love the ambiance. I love that you get a glass of champagne while you wait for your table to be ready. I absolutely loved my salmon. I can’t remember what I had last time for lunch, but I remember loving it. The only negative comment I might have is that my husband’s sirloin was undercooked. The first bites were delicious, but the middle was really bloody, even though he ordered a medium. The server was kind enough to take it back and have it cooked a little longer. Although, she said, “That’s what our mediums look like here.” That irritated him.

Love the seasonal choices,! Clean, well prepared food, reasonable prices, great service. Can’t wait to go back!
