We had the hot smoked salmon starter (which must refer to preparation - not serving temperature) which was fabulously tender, the salad was lovely (though would've been better with the walnuts but there's an allergy at the table). Fish of the day was amazing if a bit rich (it's French, gotta expect that). Both desserts were fantastic.
