The staff here make us feel part of the family. They are super efficient happy cheerful staff. The food here is more than just pub grub it's tasty and nicely presented, and the pudding's are wow! The cost for a meal at any Pub here in Edinburgh is quite satisfactory. The pub itself is just charming, cosy and welcoming, with a spiral staircase to the restaurant.
