Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Silverton Casino Hotel

Dinner at Joe’s was nothing short of spectacular! Best steak I’ve ever had. Service was impeccable also. Will always opt to eat there. Exceptional dining experience!

We hadn't been to Twin Creeks in a very long time as it is fairly far from where we live now (still locals but a long way out). We had been there years back and enjoyed it so decided to try it again. Food was excellent, prices for the quality and taste were excellent. Service was absolutely outstanding. Never had to wonder where my refill was, wait staff coming by many times through the course of the meal to see if the food was good or if we needed anything. Very pleased and will definitely be going there for the 'Thursday locals' tomahawk special that the staft let us know about. Just a note on something I'd never normally mention: I can't drink so I usually get iced tea with lemon. The tea comes with two giant blocks of 'frozen tea' (so when it melts your drink does not get watery and they lasted the whole meal), and two tiny carafes of a citrus (lemon?) fluid and some clear liquid syrup (sweetener). It was excellent. If you drink iced tea you'll get it if you try it. Excellent.

We’ve been wanting to come here and it did NOT disappoint! The queen filet mignon with the sauce was amazing!! Everything from the French baguettes to the Caesar salad to our beef Wellington and mashed potatoes was perfection. We’re most definitely coming back on our next Vegas trip!

Isaiah was our server and he was fantastic. The food was amazing! I had the filet with a blue cheese crust- best steak I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The wedge salad was great! My husband had a recipe bet with truffle butter and potatoes- he loved it . We each had a 6-9oz glass of wine- the wine selection is unbelievable. Highly recommend this restaurant.

the immediate greeting was very cordial. we had a reservation and were shown our delightful table right away. our server was super busy but took our order when we were ready. dishes were very good, I ordered the mahi mahi fahitas and it came out steaming and well presented. I ordered the mini Cesar salad and when I first tasted it, I was super pleased. my wife asked for a bite and then wanted more. she loved it and she is picky. drinks were well made and the value was far above the competition. Nice job!!
