Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Stuart

It was our first time and it exceeded expectations! The food was great the service was great! Very excited to have Eddie v’s in the area!! Will be back!

We dined at Blue Fin last night and the experience was fantastic! Having heard great things about the new restaurant, our expectations were exceeded!. We arrived ahead of our 7pm reservation and had a cocktail at their new Tiki Bar - which is another great venue to come for drinks and a separate bar menu. The bar was full, lots of great energy and a perfect way to open the evening. Chef Sebastian was walking around meeting people and his energy and enthusiasm put smiles on our faces. Time for dinner, we moved inside and the hostess warmly greeted us and within a few minutes we were seated in the dining room. The space is beautifully done with a bit of a contemporary feel yet super comfortable. Room acoustics are superb with a great soundtrack playing loud enough to be heard but not interfering with our conversation and also not having other tables "talk" being invasive. Our lead server Manny introduced himself and we were off to the races. While the menu is a concise - 6 starters and 6 mains with assorted sides, every dish we had was spectacular! Our starters were the Bourbon smoked beef tartar and tuna carpaccio and mains were the grouper and iberico sucreto. Presentation was fantastic, flavors immediately created the "oh my" moment and portion sizes were very good. Now lets talk about the service: For a restaurant that has only been open for 3-4 weeks, this place is buttoned up! when each course is served, there is an individual server for each person at the table so all plates are delivered simultaneously. This is what you expect at a top tier restaurant. As well, the servers spend as much or little time as you want and no mistakes were made. While Blue Fin is expensive, its worth it. As well, being very experienced global diners, we can easily say the is the best restaurant in Vero - they take it to another level!

Chopped wedge was delicious as were both of our fish entrees. I had the Halibut and my friend had the almond crusted swordfish. Both were extremely well executed and presented and cooked to perfection. The sushi roll was just okay, not enough tuna in the Pompeii roll for the ratio of rice to my liking. Brandon was our server and he was very personable and attentive.

Great meal once again. Wonderful server and we will be back! Nice welcome at front desk !
