We ordered the Garlic Eggs Benedict and the French Toast, then decided to split them half and half so we could try both. It turned out to be the perfect choice because each dish was outstanding in its own way. The Eggs Benedict was packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying, while the French Toast was deliciously indulgent with just the right balance of sweetness. Paired with our morning drinks, it made for a perfect brunch experience. The food, atmosphere, and overall experience were exceptional. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Noir to anyone looking for a fantastic brunch in Hamilton! ☕🍳🍞✨

The menu is unusual so make sure you check it out before you go. The watermelon salad is amazing. We also love the game pie and hamburger. The wait staff are very efficient and friendly.

This was our first visit to the TRIO. We were celebrating our anniversary. The ambiance was warm, gracious and polished. The food quality was first class. Kudos to our sommelier Benoit’s recommendations. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to our next visit.
