- JJuliePortland / Oregon •18 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis is the first time I've been to Chart House in about 35-40 years. It is still as elegant as ever and the food was incredible. All five of us loved our meals - fish tacos, lobster bisque, caesar salad, the portabello mushroom omelet and the seafood salad. And the view can't be beat, even on a foggy day. I'll be back, and I won't wait 30 years to return :)More infoChart House Restaurant - Portland$$$$• Seafood• Downtown•4.6
