Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Sligo Town

A beautiful resturant one of the few fine dining experiences in Cavan. My partner is a chef and thought the staff here where incredible. They where attentive noticed if something wasn't right and where extremely warm and respectful. The food options where great, we tried the garlic mushrooms- really interesting and delicous but the kale was a bit soggy , the chicken wings- beautiful, the slow cook beef cheek- really a show stopping meal, the slow cooked pork belly- a bit tough but this was into half of it so understandable could be down to the meal cooling, the brownie- really soft moist fudgy and rich as well as the sticky toffee pudding- again this was gorgeous. The coffee we ordered we where advised the milk wasn't foaming and they didn't want to serve it if it was perfect we got espresso instead which was rich and perfect. We look forward to dining here again.
