From the moment we arrived, our evening was fantastic. We were greeted warmly by one of the owners almost as if we were part of their family. The entire staff, including our server Vic, are among some of the best we’ve seen. Personable, engaging, and fun without being over the top describes Vic. He is truly a jewel! Our food was delicious. From presentation to flavor, the meals were superb with one being the filet and the other being the branzini. Incredible! It’s hard to articulate just how special Copley’s is without running out of superlatives. Guillermo suggestions were spot on, and made the evening even better. Fantastic drinks, perfectly cooked steaks, and specials that were out of this world.
