We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Florette last Friday, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish! It all began with the reservation process, when the owner, Miguel, personally reached out with a lovely message saying he was looking forward to welcoming us for dinner. That thoughtful gesture immediately made us feel special and set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable evening. When we arrived, we were seated at a cozy, private table tucked away at the back of the restaurant, which made the experience feel even more intimate and special. The service was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. We later discovered that two drinks and dessert had been complimentary as a gesture to celebrate our special occasion and to thank us for choosing Florette. Such a thoughtful touch that made the night even more memorable! Now, let's talk about the food! The bread and butter were absolutely delicious, and everything we ordered was spectacular. We had the Manila clams, rigatoni pasta, and bone-in ribeye, and every dish was packed with flavour. You can truly taste the passion and care that go into the cooking, with every bite reflecting the quality and thoughtfulness behind the food. The pacing of the meal was also perfect. Each dish arrived at just the right time, and the servers knew exactly when to approach us while still allowing us to enjoy our conversation and the privacy of the evening. Every detail felt intentional, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. A huge thank-you to Miguel, Meg, Rachel, and Rachelle for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding front-of-house service. You made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, and that kind of personal touch makes all the difference.
