Our gaucho, Yuricel, delivers top-notch service with exceptional attention to detail. He takes care to serve each cut at the perfect temperature and desired doneness, making every bite a pleasure. The wagyu and filet mignon are standouts—amazingly tender, full of flavor, and cooked beautifully. Luis, the manager, always greets us warmly and treats us like family. He makes us feel welcome and appreciated every time we visit, and that personal touch means a lot. Between Yuricel’s outstanding service, Luis’s hospitality, and the quality of the steaks, this location has earned our loyalty. They told us all about the history of the restaurant and hotel, gave us a full tour and brought out desserts on the house. Evan even went above and beyond to get an Alani from the vending machine and had the bartender make me a cocktail with my favorite Alani. 10/10 service, food was AMAZING & the drinks were delicious!
