The service was absolutely outstanding, the stone crab was the BEST ever, and my husband’s steak was delicious! From start to finish, everything was perfection. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. Already looking forward to our next visit! ❤️🦀🥩

How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing. The answer became Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse, located at the charming Tivoli Village just off of Summerlin Parkway; 15 minutes from the famed Las Vegas Strip.

We had an excellent experience. Derrick (sp?), our server, was the best we’ve ever had. He was very attentive and friendly and gave perfect suggestions for food and wine. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave superb service. He really made our night. The steak was delicious as well as the sauces to go with it. I know the restaurant has had some issues, but I will say we had an exceptional experience. We’ll be back very soon.

Great location. The bar service and table service were very good as was the food and drinks. Second time there in two visits to Red Rock resort and we'll be back.
