Beautiful philosophy, thoughtful execution, and fascinating flavour combinations. The attention to detail extends far beyond the food, with service that felt genuinely personal, warm and attentive throughout. We had the Whole Collection of dumplings (15 individual creations) and loved exploring the full range. Each dumpling was a small work of art. The flavours were exceptional, although I would have preferred the wrappers to be slightly thinner to allow the fillings to shine even more. The desserts were a standout. Light, delicate and beautifully balanced, each one delivered a memorable burst of flavour and provided the perfect finish to the meal. At the end of our experience, we were presented with a beautifully packaged gift of honey, incense, and a metal straw with a cleaning brush. A thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the restaurant's philosophy of care and generosity. If you've been considering a visit, don't delay, their final service is on 14 February 2027.
