We really enjoy the food and the people at Twisted Fern. We travel through Park City once a month and we actively seek out the food and team at Twisted Fern.
Occasionally, we try other restaurants in Park City and we always come back to Twisted Fern. We love the variety of food, seasonal specials, and the rich use of textures and spices.
The people are very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and efficient. The team treats everyone like a local. There is very little turnover which is an indication that they are treated well by the owner(s)...a great sign!
