That’s what we immediately noticed while dining here is that flavor is a huge focus! Our favorite appetizer was the chicken skewer (would’ve loved crispier skin on it but was still delish!) and we LOVEDDD the entrees. Braised short rib was super tender and extremely flavorful with the curry surrounding it with its subtle sweetness. The lamb was equally tender with a flavor profile that reminded me of Nigerian pepper soup! SO good! And the cocktails were so creatively curated. Was also able to get.
