Best Steakhouses in Downtown Cleveland / E. 4th Street

We were celebrating a birthday. Our server, Ersel was very helpful in choosing menu options as they were so vast. We opted for the special of the day. The food came hot to the table and everyone was very kind. They were helpful as I had dietary restrictions.

Mortons is always a top choice for a great steak! One of our guest had the lobster raviolis and loved them as well.

A meal at Red is always a treat. Great food and great service - always professional and attentive but not intrusive.

Had lobster arancini, wedding soup, petit filet, and shared mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Partner had prime rib. Everything was absolutely delicious. Best wedding soup I have ever tasted. Steaks were tender and very flavorful. Also, had tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. Four choices for dessert. Little bit of a walk from Playhouse Square and close to Progressive Field on 9th Street. Easy to find. Play was delayed an hour at Playhouse Square, which changed our reservation, but Centro accommodated us without an issue. Highly recommend if you would like a great restaurant for steak. Service was the best, also.

I was having a special dinner with my son there in advance of his first child, and everyone helped make it a truly terrific evening. They gave us a great table where we could carry on a terrific conversation for hours. Our waiter, Jesus, the manager, and the Somm all stepped up and did an excellent job for us. The steak special and Veal Chop Parm were fantastic. Apologies to all for closing the place but it was a fantastic meal and evening all around!
