This place was amazing. The food was phenomenal. Recommend the Brussels sprouts, best Ihave ever eaten. Bone in ribeye and ribs were tender, moist and flavored wonderfully. Bread Pudding AMAZING!! And our waitress was top notch. Can’t wait to go again.

    We chose Bob’s to celebrate our anniversary and Josh made it very special. He was attentive, personable and gave us a special dessert when we declined the complimentary champagne. Perfect dinner to celebrate a special occasion.

    My wife and I generally treat each other to steaks for our Birthday dinners to each other. Our trip to Blu was her birthday this year. We have been to lots of wonderful places in San Antonio, however this was our first trip to Blu! It was quite the experience! The food was perfect, steak was hot and tender, perfectly grilled. sides were exceptional we had the cheesey Au Gratin potatoes, with the starter bread and burrata! The service was impeccable, Blake treated us so well! We were also greeted by 3 managers as well just stopping by to see how we were doing and enjoying our meal. Pouring a little more wine and chatting for a few just to make us feel welcome and important. It wasn't too much contact, it was welcoming and really set Blu apart from other fine dining restaurants. Thank you BLU for a memorable evening!
