    We were given a warm welcome by Giuseppe’s daughter who was managing the restaurant! We were immediately approached by our favorite waiter, Jacob, who did an amazing job throughout the entire night. Both his wine recommendations as well as the specials were thoroughly enjoyed!     I had such a lovely dinner at Trattoria da Sofia with my girlfriends before a concert at SDSU, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The restaurant itself is adorable — cozy, stylish, and with a really welcoming vibe that set the tone for the night. We ordered a mix of appetizers, and they were so good that we ended up getting full before we even made it to the entrées. We still shared a pasta dish (because how could we not?), and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You can tell the staff takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a girls’ night out - but also family friendly. Amazing food, great service, and such a cute atmosphere. Highly recommend!
