Can't say enough good things about j. Gilbert's. Sierra, our server, was highlight of the night. Very attentive and great personality. Food was, of course, fabulous!!

I went to dinner for a friend‘s birthday and let the staff know ahead of time and they gave us a complementary dessert of her choice. Even the menus had happy birthday written on them. The small details were everything! We will definitely be back.

Another fantastic brunch! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It's always so nice to sit down, enjoy a delicious meal, and relax in such a welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent from start to finish, and the service was both friendly and attentive. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. 😀 Consistently great food and hospitality keep us coming back. Thanks for another wonderful brunch! ❤️🥂🍳☕️🥞

We've done lunch and now dinner. Curtis was an excellent server -- gave me a taste of the two wines I was in between on. Off to a good start!! You MUST ORDER the Canoe starter. 100% the best bone marrow I have had. I can't stop talking about it. Husband had the short rib lasagnna which he found delicious and meat a plenty. I had a perfectly cooked filet which I devoured. Ooops, no room for dessert. Will definitely be back as there are other things we want to try but will definitely get the bone marrow starter again and again!

We loved the Black Cherry and the Double Diamond cosmos. The lobster Queso dip with chips is one of our favorites on the menu. We have never been disappointed with our food or service at Firebirds. Our server Bailey was very good and attentive. My husband loved his BLT salad, Salmon and shrimp dinner and the Southwest Au gratin potatoes. I always enjoy the prime rib dinner.

The crab cakes were perfect. Very little breading. The deck was the perfect setting for dining.
