Being in Yosemite is always a special experience. Walking into the Mountain Room simply feels appropriate. The rustic style meshes with the ruggedly beautiful terrain it sits.
My expectation of our meal was subdued, but was quickly undone. John, our service, as well as hi supporting team, were attentive. John had worked in the park, and this restaurant, for 42 years and shared some interesting stories.
All of our meals were super, but the trout was unbelievably good.
This will be my go-to spot when we return.
