Best Pan-asian Restaurants in Scotts Valley

Wife and I had a date night here and the food was very flavorful. We ordered Paper, Pho-Rancini, Surf and Turf Roll, and the Truffle Fries for starters. Surf and Turf was the best of the bunch followed by the Truffle Fries with their truffle aioli dipping sauce. Paper and Pho-Rancini were fine as well, but didn’t really wow us. For entrees, we had Fortunate Son and Longevity w/beef. These were both fantastic! The ribeye was very tender and the noodles were sooo flavorful and had a good portion of tender steak nuggets in them. This was far too much food for two people, so we had a bit left to go home for lunch the next day. The presentation of the food, and the ambience of the restaurant were impeccable. They do have a lot of unique cocktail offerings though we did not partake. There is a burger making machine that takes up quite a bit of space in the back of the dining room and we didn’t see it make a single burger while we were there. Overall, we had a great night out here, and will likely be back in the future to try some of the other offerings!

PF Chang’s continues to offer fresh, bright dishes with personable, efficient service in an always inviting dining room. While the menu appears to have some familiar names, their take on each dish is unique. And for those who crave familiarity, the dishes offered remarkably are consistently prepared. And if you still like a well-prepared cocktail, the bar does an outstanding job - with excellent daily specials. If you haven’t been or went a long time ago, try it!

Elliott was a wonderful server. Very kind and knowledgable. He was really doing double duty, bartending and waiting on the tables. Food was great.
