This is hands down the best food I have had in a long time, amazing service, nicely portions appetizers that were all delicious. So good that I came here 2 nights in a row and everything I ordered was memorable. Highly recommend this place. The burrata appetizer and local tomatoes are a must.

Delphine is a gem! Amazing and divine! Chef Ludovic Lefevre killed it with these dishes. It was not wasted time at Gagnaire’s kitchen! Chef Zack really does an amazing job of executing them to perfection! Best light crusted branzino ever, mouth-melting aubergines parmesan, chickpeas pigasse smooth on the pallet, ratatouille delish, the olive oil potatoes light and fresh. Service was so attentive and caring. Servers knew every dish so well. Barman has some killer mocktails and cocktails (all the menthe’s and cucumber’s and the lychee). Definitely coming back! Tomorrow! This place is going to be THE new St Tropez hangout for the west coast & baja once all of Costa Palma is sold and the marina is packed.
