Great experience, food was delicious service was attentive, atmosphere relaxed. Only concern is it was a winters night and quiet cold outside but it felt like the a/c was on, had to put my jacket on which was a little annoying, but overall an enjoyable evening

Such a great experience as a first time visiting. We had such delicious food! Next time ordering a little less for 2. We had Kobe beef dumplings, tempura pumpkin, chicken mince skewer and aburi salmon. The presentation was lovely. The food was authentic and so good that we'll definitely come back. The wait staff were accommodating as we came early for our booking. My son really enjoyed being able use his new Japanese language skills to help me decide what to get. He loves all things Japanese so the ambience of the restaurant was perfect.

The food is absolutely incredible — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and made with the freshest ingredients. You can truly taste the quality in every dish. The chefs are exceptionally talented, consistently delivering meals that are both authentic and outstanding. What makes the experience even better is the service. The staff are always warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, ensuring every visit feels special from the moment you walk through the door. One of the things we appreciate most about Shiki is its consistency. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, the food, service, and overall experience are always of the highest standard. It's rare to find a restaurant that maintains such excellence time and time again. A huge thank you to the chefs and the entire team for continually providing such a wonderful dining experience. Ate here with a friend and the food was excellent. They had a food bar with a wide range of food that you could eat while waiting for your order, which was a nice treat. We ordered a variety of sushi and it met my high expectations. The service here is top notch and I don’t think I’ve been to a Japanese restaurant that compares to this customer service. We ordered the sukiyaki hotpot which provided a clean flavour paired with premium Wagyu slices and massive scallops. I recommend the all you can eat menu to get the most of your moneys worth. A must try is the grilled duck and also their matcha crème brûlée, I could order 10 of them. Overall, excellent experience and not to mention the music and ambience provided a fine-dining experience. 9.5/10 🙌🙌
