Casa 1881 is an absolute gem and should be a Stratford staple, whether you live here or are just visiting. From the food and atmosphere to the outstanding service, everything was above and beyond expectations. The cocktails were beautifully crafted, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. It's not often you walk away from a restaurant feeling that every aspect of the evening was five-star, but Casa 1881 delivered. A well-deserved 5 stars. Our pizza was, as always, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice. The ending to our meal was a serving of peach perfection—warm and exactly the right combination of sweetness. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the food was incredible. The panzo is a must! It was perfectly cooked, packed with flavour, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. The meat sauce they give you on the side for dipping takes it to another level. It’s so rich and delicious and pairs perfectly with the panzo. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, the portions were great, and we left very happy. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.
