Our waiter was trying to upscale on wine to the most expensive bottle and it clearly felt like up selling. Then after an hour he brought us the bill and asked us to leave because people were waiting for the table. This behavior just doesn't happen in Valencia. Despite the restaurant filling up by 7:30, just 30 minutes after my reservation, the food was served very quickly. There was absolutely no disruption of service despite the restaurant being full. Most importantly, the food was unique and delicious. Oxtail ravioli is not what I typically see on menus at Italian restaurants, but my wife thoroughly enjoyed it.
