Fazzio's gets 5 stars in that metric. His servers are always pleasant and efficient. The bartenders there are top-notch. Bosco "red gravy" is absolutely delicious - light and full of favor. I had a veal dish and my husband had fish. The sauce on the veal was a lemon cream with shrimp and artichokes and it was something for tastebuds! All in all 10 out of 10!
