A nice place to have a good meal before a concert, so convenient. Reasonable. Very good food. And wonderful servers. Didn’t get name of server on 10/24 6 PM before Niko Moon but she was a pleasure. Great service and very kind and friendly. Will definitely dine here again.

Fantastic food. Server was very friendly and brought us a bottle for the bottomless mimosas. Music was a touch on the loud side, but it was a good mix

Truly enjoyed our October fest meal and the beer! Followed Mila’s recommendations… mussels, octopus, onion rings as appetizers. For main courses the lamb for 3 and two of bratwurst! We congratulated Chef Daniel for outstanding food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch on Sunday. We had a friend in from out of town and wanted to take him to Wilton Manor. We had been to Proof before with other friends of ours and thought it was definitely worth a repeat visit, and Proof did not disappoint. In fact, I think our meals were better the second time. I had the breakfast sandwich which was delicious and enhanced by the chive cream cheese. My partner and our guest enjoyed bennies. Our server (tall, young gentleman...sorry, don't recall his name) but he was very attentive. We'll be back...thank you!
