First time here, and we tried the tasting menu. Every dish was fantastic—a really creative and well-balanced blend of Japanese and French cuisine. We also had the chance to chat with Chef Yonezawa, who came over from Japan where he runs three restaurants. I later read online that he even oversees first-class inflight menus for a Japanese airline, which makes total sense given the level of detail and craft in his food. He was wonderful to talk to and clearly passionate about what he does. Definitely worth a visit!
